Order
Shopping with Erco-Mek should be easy and secure. We normally ship orders within a few days after receiving payment. If a product is out of stock or the delivery is delayed, we will contact you directly.
We ship all orders via Posti. Smaller items are sent as letters, and larger ones as parcels to the nearest pickup point. Home delivery is available for an additional fee.
All prices are listed in euros and include 25.5% VAT. The price valid at the time of ordering is the one that will be charged.
Reservation: We reserve the right to correct any obviously incorrect prices, delivery charges, or product information (e.g., in the event of printing or system errors). In the case of a correction, we will inform you, and you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
Payment
Payment is securely processed via Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the Financial Supervisory Authority’s register of payment institutions.
Payments are made through Visma Pay’s online service, and on your account statement or invoice, the payee will appear as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the seller.
All payments are secure, as all information related to the transaction is transmitted through an encrypted connection, preventing any third party from viewing the data.

Available payment methods
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay via online banking, digital wallet, payment and credit cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment payment.
The following payment methods are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Banken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Siirto, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.
MobilePay: You can pay using your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online store payments in the app’s settings. The payment will be charged to the card linked to your MobilePay wallet. If the charge fails, the payment via MobilePay cannot be completed.
OP-invoice: A flexible way to pay for online purchases – available to customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to €5,000 and pay them interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the payment into several installments. All your purchases are gathered in one place, making it easy to keep track of your expenses. Invoices are conveniently sent to you by email. You can use OP Invoice if you are at least 20 years old, have good credit, and have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank.
Payment terms for business customers
Business customers have a standard payment term of 14 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, interest will be charged according to the applicable interest rate law.
Delivery
We normally deliver within 3–7 working days from the order date. For larger products or project deliveries (e.g., boat ramps, pontoon sleds, or custom-made items), the delivery time may be up to 14 days.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. For larger deliveries, we will contact you to confirm the shipping price and delivery method before the order is dispatched.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to law. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product. The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. In case of depreciation, a price reduction may be applied.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured or customized specifically for you – for example, steel or plastic profiles cut to exact lengths according to your order.
Always contact us before returning a product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and for the item until it has been received by us. We do not accept returns sent with cash on delivery.
Partial refund
In some cases, only part of the purchase amount can be refunded, for example if the item has been used, is missing parts, or is returned after the withdrawal period has expired.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation via email. For approved returns, the purchase amount (excluding return shipping) will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale or promotional items are generally not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
